Proposed housing on former Stony Lodge Hospital site in Ossining aims for empty-nesters

OSSINING – A developer proposed 188 rental units aimed at empty-nesters on the former Stony Lodge Hospital site on Croton Dam Road.
Called River Knoll, it would have 169 market-rate units and 19 affordable ones in a building in the center of the 18-acre property that’s bounded by Croton Dam Road, Pershing, Grandview and Narragansett avenues.
There would be 1- and 2-bedroom apartments in what is currently slated to be an Adirondack-style building, said the project’s developer Glen Vetromile of Glenco Group. (Read Full Article Here.)
