Introducing a community-informed approach to transform the Stony Lodge campus.

Residents provided valuable feedback about the previous multifamily rental proposal—and we listened.  Our goal at Hudson Park Group has always been to create an environmentally friendly design that adds a much-needed use to the Town, but we heard loud and clear the prior proposal was not the right fit.

With this community input in mind, we crafted a significantly smaller proposal for an age-restricted ownership townhome community that addresses residents’ major concerns. Active adult residences maximize the benefits to the Ossining community by generating substantial and higher tax revenues than the previous proposal, without impacting schools. The age-restricted orientation (55+) of River Knoll will be particularly appealing to empty nesters and those who wish to downsize, as well as snowbirds. This demographic may no longer want a large home with its maintenance requirements and will be attracted to this type of community where all exterior maintenance is handled by professional staff. River Knoll’s numerous amenities will also have great appeal these prospective purchasers.
